EVEN MORE classified docs found after White House said 6x search complete

WH press secretary Jean-Pierre said six separate times that search for classified docs in the possession of President Biden was complete – only for EVEN more to be found, not once but twice, as the FBI found 6 more items on Friday for a total of 30.

Jean-Pierre said six times search for classified docs was complete only for EVEN more to be found

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told the media six times on January 12, 2022, that the search for classified documents in Joe Biden’s personal possession was ‘complete,’ only for five more items to be found later that evening.

The press has grilled Jean-Pierre in daily press briefings about the lack of transparency, and now she faces questions about what she knew about the document discoveries and what information she delivered and withheld in her press briefings, the Daily Mail reports.

Both President Joe Biden and his administration are under fire for not immediately and publicly disclosing when the classified materials were found, critics say they had the opportunities to do so, especially while they were facing questions about the matter, particularly Jean-Pierre, MSN reported.

Another FBI search turns up 6 more classified items at Biden’s home

On Friday, January 20, 2023, the Federal Bureau of Investigation searched for 13 hours at President Biden’s Delaware home Friday and located six items containing classification markings, CBS reported.

The “FBI executed a planned, consensual search of the president’s residence in Wilmington,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Fitzpatrick in a statement to CBS News.

Bob Bauer, one of President Biden’s personal attorneys, said in a statement that the Justice Department “took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President.”

Up to 30 classified documents now discovered in Biden’s possession, more searches could ensue

In the various searches of Biden’s two residences and at the Penn Biden Center on Nov. 2, a source familiar with the inquiry told CBS that the total number of known classified documents found since November is between 25 and 30. The source also said that Justice Department officials are also considering the possibility of conducting other consensual searches at locations linked to President Biden.
