Justin Bieber officially cancels tour

After postponing the tour several times due to health issues, Justin Bieber has officially canceled the remaining dates of his Justice World Tour, which had concerts still remaining in the US, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia.

Justin Bieber has canceled all remaining dates of his Justice World Tour

On Tuesday, Canadian singer Justin Bieber canceled all of the remaining dates on his Justice World Tour, and all dates have been removed from his website. Ticketmaster and Live Nation also removed all show dates from their websites.

All concerts scheduled in the United States, Ireland, France, Poland, Australia, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Bangkok, and Thailand were listed as canceled on ticket websites.

In London on Tuesday, ticket holders received an email from events company AXS stating: “We regret to inform you that the Justin Bieber shows planned to take place at The O2 arena have been cancelled.”

On Tuesday, the official Twitter page for the tour made a post stating that ticket holders would automatically receive a refund.

Justice Tour Dates tweeted: “Justin Bieber has officially CANCELED the remaining dates of his “Justice World Tour.” Check in with your point of purchase for refunds for your show dates.”

Bieber and his representatives have not commented on the cancellations or given a reason, according to CNN.

Both CNN and USA Today said they have reached out to Bieber’s representatives for comment.

Bieber has struggled with health issues

Last year, pop singer Justin Bieber postponed his Justice World Tour several times, revealing to fans over the summer that he was suffering from facial paralysis after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS), BBC reported.

In June, one month after his tour began, Bieber first announced he would be taking a break from performing and putting his tour on hold.

Then at the end of July, the pop star resumed touring. However, after traveling to Europe and performing only six live shows, Bieber later told fans “it took a real toll” on him.

In September, the 29-year-old singer told fans he wanted to make his “health a priority” and again announced he would be postponing tour dates.

In an Instagram story in September, Bieber said he was canceling the remainder of the world tour at that time to “take time to rest and get better.” The tour had 70 shows scheduled to run through 2023, USA Today reported at the time.

“I’m going to be ok,” Bieber explained to fans, “but I need time to rest and get better.”
