As videos emerged in recent days of multiple incidents in which President Biden referred to notecards to answer questions, a poll released on Monday found the majority of Americans believe “others” are running the country.

Majority of Voters and Third of Democrats Don’t Believe Biden Calling the Shots
A poll released on Monday found that the majority of American voters believe President Joe Biden is not the one calling the shots in his own administration.
The poll found that 56.5% of American voters do not believe Biden is fully executing the duties of his office, including nearly a third (31.7%) of Democrats and 83.6% of Republicans, and 58.4% of Independents.
Only 36.4% of all voters believe that President Biden is directing all policy and agenda, including 11% of Republicans, 36.1% of Independents, and 58.6% of Democrats.
The poll was conducted by the Convention of States Action in partnership with The Trafalgar Group, the Daily Wire reported.
White House doctor under Obama demands Biden take cognitive test
Representative Ronnie Jackson (R-TX) who served as the White House physician to former presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, is reiterating his demands that President Biden undergo a cognitive test, the Daily Wire reported.
“There is something concerning happening,” Doctor Jackson said, in an interview with Fox over the weekend. “I think he’s demonstrating every single day that there is something going on.”
“You don’t need to be a physician to look at this behavior and see there’s something concerning happening,” Jackson continued. “You can go back – there’s forty years of tape of this man – he’s always made gaffes and stuff but these are different, he’s confused; he’s disoriented.”
“We all know people who are 100-years old who basically are as sharp as a tack,” Jackson added. “And we know people who are in their mid-60’s that are having some cognitive difficulties…and I think he’s on that end of the spectrum.”
“He’s just not aging gracefully at this point,” Jackson concluded. “I’m just asking them…when you do the physical exam, include the cognitive assessment. As far as I’m concerned the standard precedent has been set and they need to follow and do the same.”
Videos show Biden reading cards for answers, refers to “they”
Over the weekend, President Biden struggled to answer a question about Russia while visiting a pie shop in Central Lake, Michigan. The president referred to “they,” which many people are beginning to think as a reference to his “handlers.”
Biden was momentarily confused, cut himself off midsentence, then reached into his jacket breast pocket to pull out notes on the topic, the New York Post reported.
“I’ll tell you what they sent me, OK?” President Biden replied, reading from the sheet of paper.
In another incident, in late June, Biden stumbled while reading his note cards Israeli President Reuven Rivlin, which was widely mocked on twitter, according to Sky News Australia, who posted a video of the incident.
The Daily Wire tweeted about the incident, writing: “When the teacher calls on you and you didn’t study for the exam.”
Topics the Biden administration is avoiding
And while conservative media is ripping into Biden for his seeming inability to discuss anything without note cards, even liberal outlets such as Politico are starting to take issue with the president for the topics his administration is dodging, namely, America’s pullout from Afghanistan, and the dire consequences it is having in the region, as well as the failure of the administration to meet its own self-imposed vaccination deadline.
