In one of several photos posted on Instagram, 12-year-old Jeremiah Johnson can be seen holding a trophy that reads: “12U Division 1 Most Valuable Player,” the New York Post reported.

The controversy stirs from the fact that Johnson appears to be larger and more mature than your average 12-year-old – by a long shot.
