Female TN cop fired for wild threesome, husband says relationship NOT open

A female Tennessee police officer was fired along with four other cops involved in on-duty romps. She claims she was in an open relationship, but her Park Ranger husband was stunned and does not agree.

Five officers fired, three suspended over adult escapades while on duty

The police department for the city of La Vergne, Tennessee, has fired five officers and suspended three others after wild allegations that include a threesome and a “Girls Gone Wild”-style hot tub party.

The investigation of the department began in December after Jason Cole, the mayor of La Vergne, got an anonymous complaint, News Channel 9 reported.

In an internal report of the investigation obtained by NBC affiliate WSMV of Nashville, officers spoke about sharing intimate cell phone photos and having carnal relations in the police station while on duty.

“This situation is unacceptable and as soon as it was brought to our attention it was immediately investigated and action was taken upon the individuals involved,” Mayor Cole said in a statement. “Our top priority moving forward will include rebuilding the public’s trust.”

“The actions of a few do not represent the department as a whole,” said La Vergne Police Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis of the 60-officer department that operates in the Nashville suburb, NBC reported.

Female Tennessee cop at center of scandal

At the heart of the scandal is female patrol officer Maegan Hall, who was fired for having carnal relations with several officers. Hall claimed she was in an open marriage, but her husband Jedidiah, a Park Ranger, does not agree, the Daily Mail reported.

According to an internal investigation, Hall is accused of a dalliance with one officer in the Police Department gym while on duty. She is also accused of exposing her breasts while at a “family” Memorial Day hot tub party on a boat.

Patrol officer Patrick Magliocco, who has been suspended, said that Hall had kissed his wife, and that Hall’s husband witnessed the incident but “really wasn’t on board.”

Jedidiah Hall is a Park Ranger at Henry Horton State Park, where he works as a seasonal Interpretive Recreator.

Jedidiah denies being in an open relationship. He and Maegan were married on May 23, 2018, according to her Facebook page, the New York Post reported. She joined the La Vergne Police Department in 2021.

Officers eventually admit to lascivious behavior

Many of the officers, including Hall, initially denied participating in the various activities but finally admitted their involvement.

In addition to Hall, the other four officers that were fired were Sgt. Lewis Powell, Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan, Detective Seneca Shields, and Officer Juan Lugo-Perez. Officers Larry Holloday, Patrick Magliocco, and Gavin Schoeberl were suspended.

As far as Hall’s extramarital intercourse, Magliocco said, “everyone knows she has multiple partners,” and he admitted to having relations with Hall “multiple” times.

At one point during the Memorial Day party, an “intoxicated” Hall was reportedly being force-fed vodka by Magliocco in the hot tub, at which time her top came off. Other cops stopped the former officer from drinking and helped her cover up “to protect her,” according to the report.

Magliocco noted he’d become concerned about Hall’s mental health and heavy drinking. He said she was suffering from mental illness and had once pulled the trigger on an empty gun pointed at her temple “so she could hear what sounded like.”
