To say Medlin strikes an imposing figure is putting it lightly. The Oregon man has tattoos covering most of his face, and was arrested on May 12, 2020 for allegedly threatening police with a firearm. Medlin’s imposing image was immortalized in this mugshot, showing him only hours after his confrontation with police. He was arrested after running into a supermarket and breaking into their backroom. He faced charges including resisting arrest, menacing conduct and criminal mischief.

Jeremy Garnier was arrested on March 4, 2020, while threatening to unleash a violent rampage during a Facebook Live stream. The Missouri native was dressed in a bizarre outfit and done up in “Joker” themed makeup, giving us this unsettling mugshot.
The infamous Batman villain is hardly the kind of character people should be idolizing or aspiring to emulate. After all, things rarely end well for the Joker, who often finds himself in a similar scenario to Garnier: behind bars, and with his makeup-caked face posted on mugshots all over town.
Samantha Vaughan
Vaughan, 26, a native of Texas, was arrested last year on charges of leaving her 1-year-old child in the car outside of a club while she was partying. After someone called in the child negligence to police, she was collected from the club and arrested, after a brief struggle during which she cut her head, as seen in the mugshot.
Despite the serious nature of the charges against her, Vaughan is seen here with a big grin. This photo went viral after her arrest, with people taken aback by her sunny demeanor in spite of the heavy circumstances of her arrest.
